3 Eggs
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Oil
2 Cups Flour
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
6 apples
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and beat until smooth, eggs, sugar, and oil. Add flour, cinammon, vanilla, salt and baking soda and mix together. Chop peeled and cored apples and add to mixture along with nuts. Pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan and bake 40-45 mins at 350 degrees. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
