1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage ground
1 onion
1/2 cup rice
1 egg
1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 Cup bread crumbs
1 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and shape into balls. Place in casserole dish and cover with 1 can mushroom soup comibned with 1 cup water. Cover and Bake 350 for 2 hours.
