3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
3 unsweetened baking chocolate squares
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Melt chocolate squares; cool.
Add chocolate to creamed mixture. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with ice water.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9" cake pan. Bake at 350.
