3 cups sifted cake flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup shortening
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Beat until smooth. Pur better into greased and floured 9 x 13" cake pan.
Bake at 350º.
