1/2 pound chicken livers
2 tbsp. butter
2 packages mushrooms
1/4 cups water
4 tbsp. Flour
1/4 salt/ pepper
1 tea parsley
1 tea instant chicken bouillion
Toast

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet melt the butter and start sautéing the livers. cut the livers in halt if they are large. Brown the livers. It should only take about 3 to 4 min's . Then add mushrooms, water, bouillons, s/p , and flour, cook they to they are tender and thick. Can be served with noodles
