1 Cup Corn Meal (yellow)
1 Cup Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Sugar
½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
½ Tablespoon Mustard
2 Eggs Beaten
1 ¼ Cup Milk
1 ½ Teaspoon Salt

24 Hot dogs
Directions:

Mix ingredients into a batter -

Put the hot dogs on a stick of some kind and coat /dip them with the batter.

Deep fat fry them until they are golden brown
