1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. croutons, coursely crushed
1 container Alouette spreadable garlic flavored cheese
1 c. sour cream and chives Top the Tater topping
32 oz. bag of hashbrowns or potato cubes
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the 1/4 cup melted butter and the croutons, set aside. They are the topping for later.
Combine all other ingredients including the other 1/4 cup of melted butter in a greased (sprayed w/Pam) 9 x 13 pan.
Bake for 40 minutes @ 350º, remove and spread croutons over the top of the potatoes and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until potatoes are done and topping is golden brown.
