3 lbs Mussels
4 tbsp. Butter
1½ c. White Wine (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, or Pinot Grigio)
3 Cloves of Garlic
Parsley
French Bread for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Clean Mussels in cold water rinsing thoroughly to remove sand.
Discard any that do not close.

Heat Wine, butter, garlic and parsley until near boiling in a large pan.
Add Mussels and steam un.til open.
Serve with French Bread
