16 medium Brussels Sprouts
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 - 3 tbsp. vegetable or chicken stock
1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Wash and trim the stem ends from the stouts. Remove loose or discolored leaves. Pat dry with a towel. Cut the sprouts in half lengthwise and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the pan warms, add olive oil, then add the prepared Brussel sprouts. Saute until the sprouts are well carmelized on all sides, stirring just a few times, about 5-10 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and add 2 tbsp. of stock and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Pour the balsamic vinegar in pan and stir, then season with salt & pepper.
