1/2 pound chicken livers
1/4 butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tea wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 small bay leaf
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak livers in cold water. Then remove from water , save water .In a saucepan add butter and sauté the livers. Cook them for just a bit 1 or 2 min's, then add soy, vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, and 1/4 cup of your re liver water. Bring to a boil. reduce heat to a simmer, simmer for 3to5 min's.
Serve with toast
