3 1/2 pounds beef chuck
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/3 beef broth
30 cloves garlic
1 1/3 cups dry red wine or beef broth
salt
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a 5 to 6 quart pan, Combine beef and the soy sauce. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 min's.
un cover and bring to a boil. Cook until the juices are evaporated and meat starts to brown then brown on all sides. Now add the broth garlic and wine. Bring it bark to boil, then cover and reduce heat and simmer when the meat is tender. About 1 1/2 hours. Skim off fat that is on top and discard. Sevre .
