2 pieces salmon (skin on or off, depending on preference)
1 lemon
1 heaping tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 lb butter
1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 tbsp honey
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil to medium/high in non-stick pan.
Pat salmon dry and salt and pepper each side to taste/
Place salmon into hot oil and let rest approx 3 minutes on each side.
Edges should crisp up and middle should lighten completely.

While fish is cooking bring 3/4 stick of butter, the garlic and the juice of one lemon to a gentle boil.
After boiling, reduce heat and reduce by half.
Once reduced, add honey and rest of butter.
Let simmer for another 3 minutes.

Plate salmon and dredge in lemon garlic reduction sauce. Enjoy!
