Fish filets
Lemon juice
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 stick butter
1/4 cup white wine(approx.)
4 oz. crab meat or more
Plain bread crumbs
Old Bay and garlic powder

Stuffing:
Sauté onions/garlic in butter til clear
Add crab and continue til crab is well blended
Add wine and garlic powder and old bay ( I use generous dusting)
Add sufficient bread crumbs to absorb liquid and allow to cool to handle

Fish:
Brush filets with melted butter and lemon juice
Dust filets with Old Bay and garlic powder
Put stuffing on bottom filet and top with filet
Place fish on greased foil/baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or longer for thicker filets
