5 cups sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp seas salt
pinch of chipotle powder
pinch of sage
pinch of nutmeg
dash of cayenne (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1: Preheat 400 degrees F + line baking sheet with parchment paper

2: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients or gallon ziplock bag and toss + shake until combined

3: Pour sweet potatoes on baking sheet _ give plenty of "breathing room" to crisp (instead of steam)

4: Back 15 min, stir, bake 15min (if not crispy enough, 5 more min)

5: Remove + allow to cool
