2/3 cup sliced carrots
1 1/2 cups sliced potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb hamburger
1/3 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook carrots for 10 minutes. Place in 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover with potatoes, pour mushroom soup over top. Place hamburger in mixing bowl. Add onion, salt,
bread crumbs and egg. Mix well with hands, then spread mixture over soup and vegetables.
Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
