1 pound pasta
Cup margarine
⅔ Cup flour
6 Cups milk
1 Cup nutritional yeast
4 Tbsp tomato paste
4 Tsp sea salt
2 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp agave
Bread crumbs

Pre-heat oven to 350

Cook pasta el dente. In a separate saucepan, make a roux with margarine and flour until it forms a paste. Add milk, nutritional yeast, tomato paste, salt, and garlic to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, whisking frequently. Simmer the mixture until it thickens. Add lemon juice and agave to taste. Toss pasta and sauce together, then transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered.
