1 pound bulk pork sausage
10 slices bread
1 can mushrooms (drained)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
6 Eggs ( lightly beaten )
1 cup milk
1 cup half & half
1 cup Worcestershir sauces
1/2 tea pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet cook sausage then drain. In a greased baking dish add your bread.
sprinkle the sausage over the top
then add the mushrooms and cheese.
In a bowl mix eggs ,Milk, Half & half ,worces, sauce, and s/p
Cover and ref over night.
then bake it on 350 for 3 to 40 min's
It will be done when you can insert a knife in and it come out clean.
