1 box frozen chopped broccoli or spinach
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp grated onion
1 stick butter, melted
¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 ¾ cups Stovetop Stuffing Mix
More butter for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°.

Thaw and drain broccoli or spinach. Add egg, onion, butter, cheese and soup. Mix well. Add 1 cup stuffing reserving three-quarter cup stuffing for topping. Place in a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining stuffing mix. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Recipe can be doubled but only double the amount of broccoli or spinach, butter and cheese.
