Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl stir together cream cheese, parmesan, bacon, green onion and garlic powder. Set aside.

Cut a pocket through the side of each pork chop to create a cavity for the filling. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

Stuff each pork chop with cream cheese mixture. Press along seam to seal as much as possible. You can secure with a toothpick if you wish.

Optional Coating
Place flour in a shallow dish. Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl. Place panko crumbs in another shallow dish. Coat pork chops in flour, then dip in egg, then press panko crumbs into both sides. Pork chops are coated after they are stuffed with the cream cheese mixture.

Preheat oven to 350. Heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium high heat in an oven safe skillet. When hot add the pork chops and cook until golden on both sides. Transfer skillet to the oven and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until pork is cooked through. If you don't have an oven safe skillet, brown in skillet and transfer to baking dish before placing in oven.
