2 Packages fudge covered mint cookies
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c semi sweet morsels

Filling and Topping
10 oz vanilla bark or candy melts
1 8 oz cream cheese, soft
1 tsp peppermint extract
6 drops green food coloring
1/4 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies in bag. Melt butter and chocolate morsels in microwave 1 - 1 1/2 minutes, til melted. Stir until smooth. Add to crumbs. Spread on medium cookie sheet and place in freezer.

Place bark in microwave 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted. Whisk cream cheese until smooth. Add extract and food coloring. Add bark and mix well. Spread filling over crust.

Melt remaining chocolate chips and drizzle over top
