1 medium head cabbage
2-3 Tsp white vinegar
4 Tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
1 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Remove tough outer layers from cabbage and cut into quarters. Remove the quarter from each wedge. Grate finely using a food processor or hand grater.

In a bowl combine the cabbage, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise and blend well, adding more mayonnaise if needed. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper and sugar if you like. Refrigerate for four hours or overnight. Stir well to combine the juices before serving.
