1 c. pecans, chopped
½ c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
⅔ c. margarine, melted
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill each tin ¾ full. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Let muffins sit for a few minutes in the pan then invert onto baking rack to cool. *Make sure to do this step or they will stick to the pan. Store in air tight container.
