1 large turkey thigh
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans beef broth
2 cans vegetable broth
1 onion, chopped
3 ribs of celery, chopped with leaves
2 cups chopped carrots
dried basil
Lawry salt
chopped garlic
variety of noodles and barley to equal approx. 1 – 1 ½ cups

Directions:
Directions:
Add all the above ingredients (except the noodles and barley) in a large stock pot or Dutch oven. Simmer for 2-3 hours. Remove turkey thigh from soup and remove the meat from the bone. Chop meat into bite sized pieces and add it back into the soup. Bring to a boil. Add the noodles and barley and cook until tender.
