Ingredients:  
2 Cups sugar
1 lb. seeded dates, chopped
1 Cup milk
1 Tbsp butter
1-1/2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Wash dates in hot water. Put sugar, milk and butter in sauce pan and cook until hard ball forms when mixture is dropped in cold water. Remove from fire and add dates and nuts. Stir well. Pour onto clean, damp cloth and roll up. Cut into slices when cold.
