Mix
1 cup Butter (no substitutes)
1/2 cups Powdered Sugar (sifted)
2 tsp Vanilla extract
Mix
2 cups Flour (sifted)
1/8 tsp Salt
Add Last
1 cup Pecan Chips (finely chopped)
After Baked and slightly Cooled
1 extra cup Powdered Sugar to roll cookies into after baked.

Directions:

Over 350* Bake 12 Minutes
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Cream soft Butter with vanilla, sifted powder sugar until fluffy, slowly add sifted flour, and salt. Mix in small pecan chips. Roll into balls using a small ice cream scoop. Roll into extra powdered sugar. Bake 12 minutes. Using a Sifter, sift more powdered sugar on top of cookies. Let cool or they will fall apart. Or just let the cookies cool for several minutes the roll the cookies into powered sugar.
