3 tbsp peanut oil
1 ½ lb raw chicken cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 cup onion
1 cup celery cut in diagonal ½" slices
1 ½ cubes chicken oxo dissolved in 1 ½ cup of water
1 large can bean sprouts (drained)
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp water
2 cups fried chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet to 375º
Add chicken and garlic and stir fry for 1 min
Add soy sauce, onion and celery and stir fry for 2 mins
Add stock and bean sprouts and heat to boiling point
Blend corn starch and water until smooth

Make a well in the middle of ingredients and add corn starch mixture stirring constantly
Cook until thickened and clear

Top with chow mein noodles when ready to serve
