2 cups rice
2 eggs (well beaten)
7 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cups milk
⅓ cup seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked rice with mixture of the remaining ingredients

Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon if desired

Place in pan containing 1" of hot water

Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour
