½ onion, thinly sliced
⅓ plain yogurt
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
2 tbsp honey mustard
salt & pepper to taste
1 ½ tbsp EVOO
1 tbsp water
4 ounces ham, bite size pieces
3 ounces sliced Gouda, bite size pieces
1 romaine lettuce heart, bite size pieces
1 red apple, thinly sliced
4 whole wheat tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Soak onion in a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze die. Whisk together the yogurt, dill, honey mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in the EVOO and water until combined. Fold in onion, ham, cheese, lettuce and apple. Pile the mixture in the middle of each tortilla. Fold in sides then roll up each wrap. Serve with strawberries.
