1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Steel cut oats / oatmeal
1 Tbsp 100% maple syrup
2 tsp Chia seeds

your favorite berries or nuts - try strawberries, blueberries, dried cranberries, dried cherries, almonds, walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix almond milk, oats, maple syrup and chia seeds in sealable container (I like small plastic containers or mason jars).

Let sit in refrigerator overnight.

Add your favorite berries + nuts, mix well and enjoy!

Note: only lasts for 3 days (oats get soggy after this point)

This was one of my favorite make-ahead breakfast meals while I was pregnant with Everett and during his first year. It just made eating healthy a lot easier!
