1 dozen large eggs
6 Tbsp. Hellman's Mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. minced pickled sliced jalapenos peppers
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in a single layer in a stainless still saucepan (do not use nonstick pan)
Add water to a depth of 3 inches
Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute
Cover, remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
Drain water and shake eggs in pot until cracke and cover with ice water.
When cool peel eggs and cut in half crosswise and carefully remove yolks.
Place yokls in bowl and mash then add mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients.
Spoon or pipe into whites and chill covered until ready to servie.
