Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I made this today as an experiment using Crawfish and Shrimp. I am on a Keto diet and it was so good with the Cauliflower and a cucumber, tomato and avocado salad with Olive garden dressing, that I decided I must write this up.
I have made Etouffee only from a mix and I didn't have one, so I made up this recipe.
Please try it and let me know what you think.
with Love,
Bev
