2 cups flour
¾ cup coca
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
¾ cup margarine, melted
1¾ cups white sugar
1¼ tsps. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1¼ cups milk
3 eggs
2 cups zucchini, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour pan. Measure ingredients in order given. Beat on low speed until well mixed, then on high for 5 minutes. Bake 30-35 minutes in 2 - 8" pans or 1¼ hours in a tube pan.
