1/2 lb. manicotti dough wrappers or lasagna noodles
2. cup thick tomato sauce
Filling:
1 lb. ricotta
mozzarella
salt and pepper
grated parmesan or romano cheese
1 egg
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and set aside. Separate sheets so they don't stick.
Mix all filling ingredients together and stuff or roll in manicotti dough. Place in oiled baking dish and cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 min. loosely covered with foil.
