Ginger
Coriander Leaves
Oil 3-4 tsp
Shredded Coconut 3 - 4 tsp
Ajji's Rasam Powder - 1 tsp
Ajji's Bisibelebath powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli - 1½
Cashews 5-6
Cumin seeds
Fried Gram (Hurigadale) 2-3 tsp
Lemon juice ½ tsp

Saute Onion, Tomato with 3-4 tsp oil along with Ginger garlic paste and cumin seeds until tomato and onion is cooked. Keep half of the mixture for cooling once it is done.



Step 2>
In a mixer grind Coconut, Hurigadale, rasam powder, Bisibelebath powder, turmeric, red chilli, ginger, cashew, onion and tomato saute (half mixture from step 1) along with water for a smooth mixture.



Step 3>
Now take a pan add capsicum, smooth blended mixture(from step 2), salt (as per the taste), lemon, sugar(as per the taste), coriander leaves, water and boil it until the gravy thickens. Add Ghee to enhance the taste.
Once it is cooked, server hot.
