2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
2 sticks softened butter
½ tsp baking powder
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 12 oz jar preserves (Apricot, Rasberry,Peach- Blueberry doesn't work well in my experience)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter with spoon add flour, baking powder, egg yolks and vanilla to a crumbly consistency.
Place ⅔ of batter in a Pam sprayed 9 X 13 pan, flatten by hand.
Spread preserves over batter (you may not need to use entire jar, spread to about ⅛ inch thickness).
Sprinkle remaining crumb batter on top.
BAKE 350 º for 30-35 minutes. Preserves should be a bit bubbly.
Cool sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
