1 liter brandy
2 glasses dry white wine
2 cinnamon sticks
walnuts
mixed dried fruit
rosemary
3/4 c brown sugar
1 orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
In a large lidded container, put peel, fruit and walnuts
Add sugar
Pour in brandy and wine, cinnamon and rosemary
Place in cool dark area for 4 weeks
Strain into bottle(s)
