½ c scalded milk
¼ c melted butter
¼ c sugar
¼ tsp salt

Heat together and cool.

1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour (can add more)
1½ tsp yeast in ¼ c warm water

Add these to fix mix and raise 1½ hours

Grease pizza pan. Spread out like pizza dough. Raise 10 min. Top with whichever slice fruit you would like. (if using apples- grate them) .

Top with streusel:
⅔ c flour
⅔ c sugar
¼ c soft butter

Mix to a crumble and top the fruit

Bake at 375º for 20-30 minutes
