1 tbsp salt
1 3/4 tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, oregano
2 1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/4 tsp each thyme, dry mustard
12 oz egg noodles
5 tsp cooking oil (in all )
1 1/2 lb ground beef ( sirloin )
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lime juice
1 cup green onions ( tops and bottoms
4 tbsp parsley
1 1/2 cups onion
1 cup celery
1 clove garlic
2 1/2 cups beef broth
4 tbsp butter
8 oz tomato sauce
1 cup grated jack cheese
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Combine first 4 ingredients and mix in small bowl ( makes 4 1/2 tbsp )
2. Cook and drain noodles per package add 1 tsp oil and 2 tsp seasoning to noodles and blend
3. Place meat in a bowl, add 1 tbsp seasoning and blend well with hands
4. Combine in a separate bowl combine cream cheese, lime juice, green onions,and parsley, mix to blend, set aside
5. Heat a 10" skillet over high heat, add onion, celery, garlic and remaining seasoning, cook stirring until golden
brown
6. Add 1/2 cup broth scrape bottom of pan and cook 3 minutes, add another 1/2 cup broth, scrape and cook 2 more
minutes, add meat and cook 7/9 minutes, add butter and cook 3/5 minutes.
7. Add tomato sauce ,stir and cook 3/4 more minutes, add remaining broth and bring to boil.
8, Remove from heat and stir in sour cream mixture
9, Spread 1/2 noodles in bottom of a 10'' casserole, pour 1/2 meat mixture over noodles and sprinkle with Jack
cheese
10. Add remaining noodles to casserole, add meat mixture and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
11. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes until brown and bubbly
