1 Tbl. Canola oil or vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup vermouth
2 Tbl. chopped parsley
2 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbl. of butter
4 tsp; of capers

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil to medium. Add minced garlic to pan, cook 10 seconds. Add vermouth, Cook two minutes or until liquid isreduced by half. Remove from heat. Add parsley, fresh lemon juice, butter, and capers, stirring until butter melts.

Place sauce in a bowl or gravy boat.
