Cake ---

2-1/2 cups flour
2 cups shredded zucchini
2 eggs
1-3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup shortening or margarine
1/2 cup sour milk
4 Tbls. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Frosting ---

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup milk
5 Tbls. butter

Cake --
Grease and flour a 9 X 13-inch pan. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes (or until a toothpick comes clean).

Frosting --
Bring sugar, milk, and butter to a boil for about 1 minute. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted and thickened, Pour over cake.
