1 egg white
1 T. water
1 lb. pecans
1 c. white sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º and grease a baking sheet.

Whip egg whites and water until frothy. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.

Add pecans to egg whites, stir, then toss into sugar mix until coated. Spread on baking sheet.

Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
