2 cups cooked rice
1 pkg of chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can of Carnation Milk
3 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
small jar Cheese Whiz
Special K cereal flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in margarine. Mix together rice, broccoli, soup, milk, and sauted celery and onion. Put in casserole dish and cover with Cheese Whiz then sprinkle Special K over top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 mins.

This recipe came from the hand of my Grandmother so I apologize for the "loose" ingredient amounts. I just give you what she gave me. Good luck.
