3 1/2 T cocoa
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 t salt
1/4 t cinnamon
10 T butter
3 T vegetable oil
5 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2 cups + 2 T light brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 large egg yolk
6 T liqueur (Chambord or Amaretto are best) or strong coffee
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
Coat a square baking pan liberally with cooking spray.
Sift together cocoa, flour, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Melt butter, oil and chocolate over double boiler.
Transfer chocolate to another bowl to cool for 5 minutes.
Add brown sugar and beat well.
Add eggs and egg yolk slowly and continue to beat well.
Add liqueur or coffee.
Add wet mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Cool completely in the pan.
Coat with glaze.

9 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 T vegetable oil
1 T liqueur, optional

Melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
Remove from heat and add liqueur if desired.
Pour over cooled brownies.
Cut into small squared when glaze is set.
