4 6 oz Salmon Fillets cut off skin
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Sea Salt
Olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. Pesto
small bag fine chopped pecans

Directions:

Heat oven to 425* Bake (10 -14 Min)
Cover cookie sheet with tin foil spread olive oil on both sides of the tin foil or the tin foil will stick to cookie sheet even add a bit of olive oil to cookie sheet. lol
Cut skin off of Salmon Fillets pat fillets dry with a paper towel.
1) Mix
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Sea Salt
Place Salmon on olive oiled tin foil, sprinkle mix on both sides.
2) Mix
1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tbsp Pesto
Spread thin layer over Salmon flip Spread THICK layer on other side.
then coat with finely chopped pecans pat them on.
6 minutes per inch Salmon will flake off with a fork when its done.
