• 2, 15oz cans no salt-added northern beans (rinsed, divided)
• 1 tbsp canola oil
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
• 1 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 3/4 cup chopped celery
• 5 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 3 cup unsalted chicken stock
• 1, 4oz can chopped green chiles
• 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
• 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves

1. Mash 1 cup beans in small bowl with a whisk or potato masher.
2. Heat oil in large pot over high heat. Add chicken; cook until browned. Add onion, celery, garlic, cumin. Cook until onion is tender.
3. Add remaining whole beans, mashed beans, stock, and chies. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat, stir in cream cheese until melted. Serve topped with cilantro.
