Ingredients:  
4c. fresh cucumbers / peeled and sliced thin. ( take out seeds if they are large or cukes are older /out of season)
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 tsp dill ( opt)
Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tsp. sugar
1.5 tsp. cider vinegar
S&P to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, add the peeled and sliced cucumbers and thinly sliced onion and dill .

In med bowl whisk mayo, sugar and vinegar and S&P together. Taste and adjust sugar or S&P to taste. May add part sour creme if desired.
Fold sauce into cukes and onions.
Chill before serving.
