1/2 lb. Ground Beef, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper
1 can Tomato Soup
1/2 can Water
1 can Corn (not creamed)
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 c. Rigatoni (or similiar), cooked and drained
1- 1 ½ c. Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, soup, water, corn, seasoning, noodles and 1c. cheese together in large bowl.
Pour mixture into glass 9x13 pan.
Cover top with remaining ½ c. cheese.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.

Great mid-week quick family dinner. Optional: Replace tomato soup with red pepper soup, use Mexican blend cheese and add green peppers for more of a kick.
