1 lb ground beef
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t cumin
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes or tomato spaghetti sauce
3/4 c sour cream
1 c shredded mozzarella or Italian style cheese
1 7 oz pkg uncooked spaghetti noodles
1/3 c shredded cheese
1 egg
1/2 t salt
1/4 t garlic powder

Directions:

Cook pasta, drain well. In large bowl, whisk 1 c cheese, egg, salt and garlic powder. Add pasta and toss to coat. Arrange pasta in 9" pie dish, pressing down and up sides to form a shell. Set aside.
Brown beef, drain and season with garlic powder, salt, cumin and stir in tomatoes. Bring to boil, cook 3-5 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream. Spoon beef mixture into pasta shell. Place remaining 1/3 c cheese on top.
Bake 350º for until heated through.
