1 small jar taco sauce, hot or mild
1 19 oz can diced tomatoes
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 pkg taco seasoning, hot or mild
2/3 cup Jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional, add more if you prefer it spicy)
2 bags of tex-mex shredded cheese
Tortillas for wrapping

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Remove sausage from casing and cook until browned.
Mix remaining ingredients and cook in oven until heated through, about 1/2 hour.
