1/2 C balsamic vinegar
1/2 C olive oil
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Honey
Salt and Pepper to taste

Roughly chopped pecans

Salad
10 oz. Baby Spinach
1 lb Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
5 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 small red onion, thinly sliced
